My academic background is varied and diversified: B.A. in Literature; a Post B.A. in Communication Studies; M.A. in Philosophy; M.Ed. in Educational Psychology. I received my professional coaching certification (ICF) at Coaching de Gestion in Montreal in 2005.
I have enjoyed a very successful career in the field of television and communications. I have also accumulated much managerial experience and worked in the educational field. I have been involved in more than fifty television series as director, producer, executive producer, broadcast executive and consultant. I was Executive Producer of Canadian Sesame Street (CBC) for fifteen years and Executive producer of the international hit program Popular Mechanics for Kids. As Creative Head of Children’s and Family programming at Société Radio-Canada (1990-97), I managed a staff of over 60 employees Together, we created award-winning programming. I have taught television production at Concordia University in Montreal.
As president of MM Media created in 2000, I worked as a coach-leader (Coaching de Gestion) and coach-mentor (Concordia University) as well as having run an active coaching practice.
